Before submitting your booking application, please review the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event at Rolonda's Venue.
Venue Rules and Regulations
At Rolonda’s Venue, we believe every celebration should be seamless, respectful, and unforgettable. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review the following policies:
Booking & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Full payment details and timelines will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Event Access & Timing
Venue access is limited to your reserved time slot.
Additional setup or breakdown hours must be arranged within your booking time.
Music and amplified sound must comply with local noise ordinances.
Décor Guidelines
We welcome your creative vision. However, no nails, tacks, command strips, adhesives (other than tape), or wall-mounted décor are allowed on the walls.
All decorations must be removed after your event.
Glitter Rules
For the comfort of all guests and to maintain the beauty of Rolonda’s Venue, loose glitter and confetti are not permitted without approval. Glitter may only be used if contained within decorations (such as balloons or signage) unless otherwise approved.
Glitter/Confetti Fee / Cleaning Deposit
We love the sparkle glitter/confetti brings, but because it requires extra care, its use is permitted only with prior approval.
If you wish to use glitter, an additional cleaning fee or deposit will be required to cover extra cleanup costs.
Glitter Alternatives
Guests are encouraged to use alternatives like metallic paper confetti, biodegradable sparkle, or LED décor instead of loose glitter to avoid an additional fee.
Alcohol Policy
Guests are responsible for obtaining the appropriate alcohol license in accordance with city, town, county ordinances and NC ABC laws.
All alcohol service must follow legal and safety guidelines.
All alcoholic beverages must remain inside the venue at all times.
Cleaning & Care
All trash must be thrown away in trash cans located outside the venue. Any damage may result in additional charges.
Additional Policies
No pets allowed inside the venue.
No smoking permitted indoors or on venue grounds. This includes vapes.
